01 / DILUTION

Make a working solution.

C₁V₁ = C₂V₂. Use matching concentration units for stock and target.

Measure the stock, then add the compatible diluent to the final volume. For mixtures whose volumes do not add exactly, make up to the final mark. For activity units, use the same assay definition for stock and target.
